K. Jesup, Esq., President of the New York Chamber of Commerce. The letter acknowledges the raising of "large sums of money
for the sufferers in San Francisco and making arrangements for its proper distribution, and offering the services of its committee
..." The letterhead imprint shows "State of New York / Executive Chamber / Albany." The upper right corner of the letter shows
a round stamp imprint, "Morris K. Jesup / Received / Apr 25 1906 / New York."
